Prasanth leads the Multi Gym coaching team at Sparing Lifestyle. His background in strength and conditioning — shaped by years working alongside combat sports athletes — means his approach to gym programming is precise, progressive, and grounded in results rather than routine.

On the gym floor, Prasanth doesn't wait for members to ask for help. He watches movement, corrects form before issues become injuries, and builds programmes around where each member actually is — not where they wish they were. His sessions are direct, structured, and focused on building capability that carries outside the gym as much as inside it.

Sparing Multi Gym is a genuinely mixed facility — and we work to keep it that way. Women members train on the same floor as men without the stares, the unsolicited advice, or the ego culture that makes so many Kochi gyms uncomfortable for women.
